An earthquake with a revised magnitude of 4.3 struck northern Sonoma County Saturday morning, followed by two smaller aftershocks.
The first quake was recorded at 9:22 a.m., about 15 miles north/northeast of Healdsburg, and about 3 miles southeast of the unincorporated Lake County area of Cobb, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was initially measured as having a magnitude of 4.1 after being reviewed by a seismologist at the USGS and was later revised upward.
An aftershock with a preliminary magnitude of 2.9 hit about a mile south of there a minute later, at 9:23 a.m.
Another quake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.6 was recorded at 12:17 p.m. in the same area.
No impacts were reported to the nearest Northern Sonoma County Fire Protection District station in Geyserville after the largest quake, according to Keaton Mohar, a firefighter stationed there Saturday morning.
