Widespread violence in Puerto Vallarta, one of Mexico’s most popular resort cities, has left some tourists including Americans stranded. Cartel members are burning down buildings and setting cars on fire after the Mexican government said it killed Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes, the kingpin of the violent Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
