Airspace restrictions amid the U.S. strikes in Venezuela are causing a ripple effect across the Caribbean region as American travelers try to get back home from vacation. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports that more than half of flights traveling through San Juan, Puerto Rico, have been cancelled.
