Three other people were listed in stable condition following the shooting in front of Gwangjang Korean Market in Carrollton, about 25 miles north of downtown Dallas, Carrollton Police Chief Roberto Arredondo told reporters.
A male suspect, 69-year-old Seung Han Ho, was taken into custody.
The shooting happened after a business meeting involving the suspect, Arredondo said.
The attack was “not a random act of gunfire” and also “not a hate crime,” the chief added.
