MANÁ and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs — two incredibly influential Latin rock-pop acts — are teaming up for a big Bay Area show.
MANÁ and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs are set to perform their first-ever co-headlining performance at SAP Center in San Jose on May 30.
Both bands were scheduled to play the 2026 Festival La Onda in Napa that same weekend, but suddenly ended up with free time on their schedules after that two-day Latin rock event was canceled.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 6, mana.com.mx.
MANÁ — the legendary Mexican rock band led by vocalist Fher Olvera and featuring bassist Juan Calleros, drummer Alex González and guitarist Sergio Vallín — has a long history with SAP Center, including having just performed a two-night concert stand at the home of the San Jose Sharks back in December.
Having formed in 1981 in Guadalajara — initially performing under the moniker Sombrero Verde before changing its name to MANA — the band found massive success in the early ’90s with the release of “¿Dónde Jugarán Los Niños?”
The group has continued to have much success over the decades — amassing global record sales of over 45 million and collecting up multiple Grammy Awards, Latin Grammy Awards, Billboard Latin Music Awards and Premios Lo Nuestro awards.
Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, an Argentine group that fuses ska with Latin rock, reggae funk and other music styles, has been around now for over 40 years.
The band is known for such albums as 1986’s “Bares y Fondas, ” 1988’s “El Ritmo Mundial,” 1992’s “El León” and 1997’s “Fabulosos Calavera.”
