Venezuela’s ousted leader Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores, one his key advisors, are set to appear in U.S. federal court in New York. The couple has been indicted by a federal grand jury along with Maduro’s son and three of his lieutenants. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY.
