As the manhunt intensifies for the gunman responsible for the deadly mass shooting at Brown University, police have released new footage of a “person of interest” walking near the campus just two hours before the attack. It comes as the FBI is announcing a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the individual. NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports for TODAY from Providence.
