Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that he does not believe that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is “competent for her position” amid her involvement in the Georgia election investigation and a highly classified whistleblower complaint.
