An arctic blast is plunging the South into a deep freeze with the rare monster storm taking the lives of at least 21 people and over 500,000 are still without power amid dangerously cold temperatures. Trees are also snapping and collapsing under the weight of thick ice and in some cases making evacuations difficult if not impossible. NBC’s George Solis reports for TODAY.
